These terms govern the use of the website www.dcreyes.com, operated by DC REYES. DC REYES is the business name the site operates under; it is not a company or a registered business entity. By using the site you accept these terms.

1. What this site is

It is an informational site about the DCREYE brand, its designs and custom orders. It does not sell directly or process payments: purchases take place at the dcreyes.com store (opens in a new tab) or on Etsy (opens in a new tab), under their own terms.

2. Age

The site and purchases are intended for people aged 18 or older. Minors may use our services or make purchases only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Content, prices and images

  • Products and prices in “Featured Designs” are pulled automatically from the store and may take a few minutes to update. The valid price is the one shown by the store at checkout.
  • Some images on the site are digitally generated renderings or mockups and may not exactly match the final product (color, texture or print placement).

4. Print-on-demand, shipping and taxes

  • All DC REYES physical products are made on demand, whether ordered from the dcreyes.com store or on Etsy. Production, preparation and/or shipping may be handled by third-party print-on-demand providers such as Printify.
  • Production and delivery times vary by product, print provider, destination, carrier and logistics conditions. Estimates shown at checkout are approximate and are not a guarantee.
  • For international orders, duties, import taxes, customs fees and other charges due at the destination are the customer’s responsibility, unless the platform states that they were already collected at checkout.
  • Applicable taxes (such as sales tax) are calculated and collected, where applicable, by the platform, store or payment system used for the purchase.

5. Custom orders

  • Sending a request does not create an order or any obligation to buy. An order exists only once both parties confirm price, scope and timing through WhatsApp.
  • We prepare your order using the information, text, images, specifications and instructions you provide. We generally do not require a final design approval before sending it to production.
  • If you need changes, request them before the order goes into production. Once production has started, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.

6. Material you provide

When you send us your own design, photo, logo, illustration, text, brand, file or other creative material to produce an order:

  • DC REYES does not acquire ownership of that material just by receiving it to produce your order. You keep whatever rights you lawfully hold in it.
  • You confirm that you have the rights, licenses or permissions needed to use that material.
  • We may decline an order when there is a reasonable concern that its content could infringe third-party rights.

7. Designs DC REYES creates for you

When DC REYES creates a custom design for you from scratch, you may use it for personal and commercial purposes, including printing it on products and selling products that feature it.

Unless there is a separate exclusivity agreement, this is a license to use the design, not an exclusive transfer of copyright: DC REYES also keeps its rights in the design and may keep, reuse, display where appropriate, sell and otherwise use it later. This license does not cover third-party elements that DC REYES is not entitled to license.

8. Showing products

  • We do not publish photos, images or content of customers’ custom products (especially those containing personal photos, names, identifiable information, private designs or material you provided) on the website, social media, portfolio, advertising or promotional materials without your express permission, unless you ask us to.
  • DC REYES’s own products and designs that were not created specifically as a customer’s private custom product may be shown and promoted freely, including on the website, Etsy, social media, portfolio, ads and promotional material.

9. Intellectual property

The DCREYE / DC REYES brand, logo and original designs shown on the site may not be copied, resold or used commercially without written permission. Third-party marks (Etsy, Printify, WhatsApp, Instagram, Pinterest) belong to their owners.

10. Acceptable use

You may not:

  • use the site for illegal or fraudulent activity;
  • attempt unauthorized access to its systems or interfere with its operation;
  • send offensive, misleading or infringing content through the contact channels.

11. Third-party links and platforms

The site links to external services (the dcreyes.com store/Printify, Etsy, WhatsApp, Instagram, Pinterest). We do not control those services; their use is governed by their own terms and policies.

12. Availability and liability

We try to keep the site available and its information accurate, but interruptions or errors may occur. The site is provided “as is”, to the extent permitted by law.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The last-updated date appears at the top of the page.
