Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the website www.dcreyes.com (the “site”), operated by DC REYES, handles and how it is used. DC REYES is the business name the site operates under; it is not a company or a registered business entity. Contact: dcreye@gmail.com.

The online store at dcreyes.com (opens in a new tab) and the Etsy shop are separate platforms with their own privacy policies; this policy does not cover them.

1. What information is collected

The site has no user accounts, does not process payments, and does not include analytics, advertising or tracking tools.

  • Custom order form. What you type (name, order type, description and, optionally, email, artwork status, product, quantity, color, sizes, desired date, budget and reference URL) stays in your browser. The site does not send it to its servers or store it. The “Copy Request” button only copies the text to your device’s clipboard.
  • WhatsApp messages. If you press “Send Request via WhatsApp”, your browser opens WhatsApp with a pre-written message. We only receive the information if you choose to send that message. At that point the data leaves this site and goes to WhatsApp. When you send it, we also receive what WhatsApp shows about you (for example, your number and profile name).
  • Technical data. As with any website, the hosting provider processes technical data for each visit (IP address, browser type, requested page and date/time) to deliver and protect the site.
  • Language preference. If you choose EN/ES, that choice is stored only in your browser. See the Cookie Policy.

2. How it is used

  • To answer your questions.
  • To manage your orders.
  • To provide support related to your order.
  • To deliver the site securely and fix technical errors.
  • To remember your preferred language.

We do not use your data for newsletters, email campaigns, promotions, direct advertising or any other follow-up marketing. If we ever offer marketing communications, we will ask for separate consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

We do not publish photos, images or content of customers’ custom products (for example, ones with personal photos, names, identifiable information or material you provided) on the website, social media, portfolio, advertising or promotional materials without your express permission, unless you ask us to publish them.

3. Who it is shared with (third parties)

  • Vercel — hosts the site; processes the technical data of each visit.
  • Cloudflare — manages the domain’s DNS. Traffic to www.dcreyes.com does not go through its proxy (checked against public DNS records on September 29, 2026).
  • Printify — our server reads the product catalog published in Printify (that request contains no visitor data). Images in the “Featured Designs” section load directly from Printify’s image servers, so your browser sends them the usual technical data (IP, browser).
  • WhatsApp (Meta) — only if you choose to open WhatsApp from the site. We use it to answer questions and manage orders. WhatsApp is an external service with its own data handling and retention policies and practices, which DC REYESdoes not control.
  • External links (the dcreyes.com store, Etsy, Instagram, Pinterest) — their own policies apply when you visit them.

Information is also shared when required by law.

4. Retention

The site does not store form data. For conversations you have with DC REYES:

  • If they relate to an order: we may keep the information until the order has been completed and delivered, and for as long as reasonably necessary to manage that order.
  • If they are only a general question, with no order: we normally delete the conversation within approximately 24 hours.

These periods describe our own handling. WhatsApp and other platforms involved may keep data under their own policies, which we do not control.

Hosting technical data is kept according to Vercel’s configuration and policies.

5. Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and credentials for external services are kept on the server, never in the browser. No system is completely secure; please do not include sensitive data (such as payment details) in your requests.

6. Your rights and data requests

You can ask us to access, correct or delete information you have sent us, or ask how we use it. Message us on WhatsApp at +1 786-258-4020 (opens in a new tab) or by email at dcreye@gmail.com.

Depending on where you live, the law may give you additional rights. DC REYES will address privacy requests as soon as reasonably possible.

7. Minors

The site and purchases are intended for people aged 18 or older. Minors may use our services or make purchases only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

8. Cookies

The site does not set its own analytics or advertising cookies. Details in the Cookie Policy.

9. Changes to this policy

If the way the site works changes (for example, a new tool is added), we will update this page and its last-updated date.
